This website is provided for general information about our services. While we take care to keep content accurate, we make no guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free, and reserve the right to amend it at any time without notice.
Quotes provided via this website or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are not binding contracts. A formal, itemised quote will be issued before any work begins, and a written agreement signed by both parties before construction commences.
Each construction project is governed by a separate written contract covering scope, price, payment schedule, timescales, and warranty terms. Where these Terms & Conditions conflict with a signed project contract, the project contract takes precedence.
Payment terms are set out in the individual project contract. Late payment may result in a pause of works until outstanding sums are settled, in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where applicable.
Zenth Construction Ltd holds public liability insurance for all works undertaken. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant project contract, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example, in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period for contracts entered into at a distance or off-premises, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless work has been requested to start sooner with your express agreement.
Workmanship is guaranteed for a period set out in your project contract. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
